A one-page business website. $499.
Need a small business website under $500? My Starter site is one custom page for $499, with your services, photos, phone number and a quote form. I build a free design preview first. You see it, then decide whether to buy the site. I work with businesses across the US by email.

What goes on your one page
A small business homepage should answer a visitor’s questions in the order they ask them. Here is how I plan it.
- What you do and where
The first screen names your service and the area you cover. A visitor should not have to guess whether you handle their job or travel to their town.
- A clear way to contact you
A tap-to-call button and a quote form give people a way to act while they are looking at your work. The form should ask for what you need to start the conversation.
- Your services, in plain language
Short service descriptions explain which jobs you take. If people regularly confuse two services, the page can explain the difference before they contact you.
- Photos that show the work
Send your finished jobs, crew, shop or products. A few useful photos with context help someone understand the business better than a long list of claims.
- Answers before the enquiry
Opening hours, service area and the questions customers ask most often belong where they can find them. Reviews, qualifications and guarantees only go on the page when they are real.
What the $499 price means
The free preview and the finished website are separate stages. You do not pay to request or view the preview.
- One custom page
Starter includes one page with your services, photos, a one-tap call button and a quote form. I write the words from the details you send and build the page around your business.
- Two rounds of changes
Two rounds of changes come with the site. Use them to check the wording, photos, contact details and how the page explains your services.
- No monthly website fee
There is no required monthly website subscription. Your web address is a separate yearly cost paid to the company you buy it from. Updates after launch can be quoted separately.
- A written price before you commit
If you like the preview, I send a written price listing the agreed scope and outside costs. The $499 package covers one page; extra pages, booking or a shop need a different scope.
When one page is enough
Choose the size around what your customers need to find, rather than a page count for its own sake.
- You offer a focused service
A cleaner, groomer or small contractor with a short service list can often explain the business on one page. People can see the work and contact you without opening several menus.
- You need a first website
If your business mainly relies on referrals or a social profile, one page gives people a web address with your essential information together. You do not need an existing website to request a preview.
- You have several distinct services
Consider the $799 package with up to five pages when each service needs its own explanation or gallery. A separate service page can answer questions that would make a single homepage hard to scan.
- You need booking or a small shop
Describe the tool or selling process you need in the optional form details. The Pro package starts at $1,199; the written quote confirms what is included before you decide.

Questions
Still have a question? Email [email protected].
Can you build a business website for under $500?
Yes. My one-page Starter website is $499. Your web address is a separate yearly cost, and extra work is quoted separately. The design preview is free, so you can see the proposed homepage before agreeing to buy.
Is a one-page website the same as a landing page?
A one-page business website holds the essentials of your business on one page. A landing page can focus on a single service or campaign. Tell me what visitors should do, and we can choose the structure around that task.
Do I have to pay before I see the design?
No. Request your free design preview first. I email you a private link, usually within 48 hours of receiving your details. If you like it, we discuss the full website and price.
Can I use my current domain?
Yes. Tell me the web address you already own. Keep it in your account; the connection is part of arranging the launch after you approve the site.
Does a one-page site guarantee Google traffic?
No. A website does not guarantee rankings, visitors or enquiries. A clear page helps people understand and contact your business; search visibility also needs ongoing work and depends on competition.
